Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 98kiss ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 98kiss platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to use the 98kiss platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Guide of 98kiss, which form part of this overall agreement.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the 98kiss platform, users must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in a region or jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited.
• Not have had a previous account closed by 98kiss due to a terms violation.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. 98kiss reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of the MyKad or other official identification document. Failure to submit the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Each user is only permitted to have one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same identity, mobile phone number or payment method is prohibited and such accounts may be closed without notice.

Account Usage and Security

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. The account username and password are confidential and must not be shared with any other party.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the 98kiss support team immediately via live chat or support email. 98kiss is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login information confidential.

98kiss will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported to us.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The 98kiss platform supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

Applicable financial terms:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. 98kiss reserves the right to reject or delay a withdrawal if there is suspicion of any fraudulent activity or breach of terms.

Any taxes or charges imposed by the payment service provider are the responsibility of the user. 98kiss does not charge any processing fees on standard transactions.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

98kiss offers a welcome bonus to new members in the form of a 100% match of up to RM300 on the first deposit. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100 and your account balance becomes RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 (RM100 × 10) before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified period.
• Accounts with an outstanding bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirement may not make a withdrawal until the requirement is completed or the bonus is manually released.
• 98kiss reserves the right to cancel any bonus found to have been obtained fraudulently.
• Bonus abuse, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, may result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.

The 98kiss VIP Programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6% and Platinum up to 0.8%. Tier progression depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform.

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 98kiss platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are advised to review their bet details carefully before confirming any bet.

98kiss reserves the right to cancel or void a bet in the following circumstances:

• A technical error or system failure occurs at the time the bet is placed.
• A clear violation of any applicable game rules.
• There is evidence of manipulation or fraud relating to the bet.

Any bet-related dispute must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the bet being settled. Disputes submitted after that period may not be processed.

Prohibited Conduct and Activities

98kiss users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and appropriate legal action:

• Registering or using more than one account.
• Using another person's identity, information or payment method without authorisation.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs in the system.
• Money laundering or transferring illegally obtained funds through the platform.
• Collaborating with other users to cheat the platform or influence game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Spreading false or misleading information about 98kiss.

Personal Data Protection

98kiss collects and processes users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this platform. User data is used solely for identity verification, transaction processing and service improvement purposes.

98kiss uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect users' personal and financial information. User information will not be sold, shared or disclosed to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law or the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 98kiss is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.

98kiss makes no guarantee or warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors. Technical disruptions beyond our control, including third-party infrastructure failures, do not give rise to any liability on the part of 98kiss.

Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. Gambling carries the risk of financial loss and 98kiss is not responsible for decisions made by users on this platform.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

98kiss reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Terms & Conditions document at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this platform.
